How We Work

One dedicated pod. Same people, year one and year two.

The Technijians Pod™ model assigns a small, named team to your account on day one. They run discovery, they run onboarding, and they're still the ones answering the phone eighteen months in — not a rotating help-desk queue that re-learns your environment on every ticket.

The 4-stage model

Assess → Align → Assign → Support

Assess

Full discovery across your environment, security posture, and compliance obligations. No changes yet — just an honest map.

Align

Priorities set against your actual risk and budget — not a generic best-practices checklist that ignores your constraints.

Assign

A dedicated pod takes the account. You meet them in week one; they're still your team well past year one.

Support

24/7 monitoring and response, plus quarterly business reviews — from the same pod, with a standing roadmap.

The onboarding timeline

What "Assign" actually looks like, week by week

The 4-stage model above is the shape of every engagement. Here's the concrete timeline underneath it for a typical managed IT onboarding.

Week 1

Discovery & Assessment

Environment inventory, risk register, and a compliance-posture baseline against whichever frameworks apply to you.

Week 2

Pod Assignment

Your named pod is assigned and introduced — the people, not a ticket queue, who will run the account going forward.

Weeks 2–4

Onboarding & Migration

Quick wins landed first, migrations scheduled around your operating hours (clinic hours, trading hours, trial calendars — whatever yours are), ticket volume brought down before deeper optimization starts.

Month 2+

Stabilize & Optimize

Standardization, security hardening, and the first quarterly business review — ongoing 24/7 support from the same pod from here forward.

A note on vertical variants

This is the general Technijian engagement model. Some service lines run a variant suited to that specific practice — for example, the 4-stage arc used inside a healthcare/MedTech engagement is sequenced around the same discovery-to-stabilize logic, just phrased for that vertical's own priorities. If a service page phrases its own process differently, it's describing a variant of this same model, not a competing one.

The Assess stage is free, obligation-free, and usually the fastest way to see whether the fit is real.
