Remediation is gated by design
Jian opens tickets — it does not silently change client systems. The only actions it takes on its own are self-healing its own platform and revoking a Microsoft 365 session on a confirmed account takeover. Every other fix requires seven days of clean diagnose traces matching what technicians actually did, explicit per-operation approval, and a tested rollback path before it's ever considered for automation.
