A structured 12-month AI practice — not another shelved AI license

Assess, Build, Train, Advise. My AI Consulting maps where AI actually fits your workflows, builds custom agents and automations for your real operations, and trains your staff to use them — priced as one clear fixed fee for a 12-month term. No success fee, no per-seat license nobody opens by month two.

The Methodology

Assess. Build. Train. Advise.

A bounded, phased engagement delivered onsite (kickoff, workshops, live training) and offsite (build, configuration, integration) — ending with staff who actually use what was built, not a system nobody adopted.

Assess

A workflow-by-workflow assessment across departments, with an honest fit analysis — including where AI doesn't belong — and the highest-value workflows ranked and scoped. Starts as a fixed, paid Discovery/Audit that's creditable toward the Build.

Build

Custom agent and automation builds for the highest-value workflows Assess finds, with repo scaffolding, a named skills library, goal-oriented agent loops, and a persistent, versioned knowledge base from day one.

Train

Hands-on training embedded through the build, not bolted on after — staff trained on the specific workflows built for them, with onsite time reserved for live training and executive alignment.

Advise

Year 2+ converts to a lighter advisory retainer for ongoing optimization and new-workflow expansion — the relationship continues at a lighter, sustainable cadence instead of ending at go-live.

The Build

What the program actually builds

The monthly fee's substance is this offsite work — specific, not generic "AI consulting hours." Onsite time is reserved separately for kickoff, live training, and executive alignment.

Workflow Assessment

Identifies where AI genuinely fits your operations — and just as important, where it honestly doesn't. No workflow gets automated just because it can be.

Custom Agent & Automation Builds

Built for the highest-value workflows the assessment surfaces, using whatever tooling genuinely fits your operation — not a generic template applied the same way to every client.

Repo Scaffolding & Skills Library

A project structure for your own AI practice, plus reusable, named procedures for your actual recurring workflows.

Goal-Oriented Agent Loops

Every automation works toward one explicit, checkable goal ("done when X is verified") instead of open-ended instructions that produce inconsistent results.

Perceive-Reason-Act-Learn (PRAL)

Each recurring workflow's agent checks relevant context first, acts and verifies, then writes a distilled note back to memory — so the system improves with use.

Persistent, Versioned Knowledge Base

Facts, decisions, and feedback retained across time, so your team keeps institutional knowledge instead of relearning it every engagement.

Hands-On Staff Training

Live sessions built into the program, not an afterthought, so what gets built actually gets adopted rather than shelved after go-live.

You own everything that gets built — your own agents, automations, and knowledge base, on tooling that genuinely fits your operation. There is no proprietary Technijian platform to buy into.

Investment

Three fixed-fee tiers, one setup fee, one flat monthly rate

One setup fee due at signing, then a flat monthly fee for a 12-month term — a value-based fixed fee, never a success fee or a contingency payment.

Tier Who It's For Setup Fee Monthly Fee Year 1 Total Onsite Included
Tier 1 — Focused 20–75 employees, 1–2 core workflows, single department $5,000 $7,500/mo $95,000 4 hrs/mo (~half day)
Tier 3 — Enterprise 250+ employees, regulated or multi-site $20,000–25,000 $20,000–30,000/mo $260,000–385,000 16 hrs/mo (~2 days) — contact sales for exact scope

$350/hr standard overage rate

The standard hourly rate for additional work, including onsite time beyond each tier's included, capped monthly allowance — also available as a $2,800/day block rate. Onsite time is explicitly capped and metered, never billed as "unlimited," which no engagement can responsibly deliver at expert rates.

Payment Terms

  • Setup fee: 100% due at signing
  • Monthly fee: billed in advance, net-15, starting the month work begins
  • No mid-term price changes — scope changes add a new monthly line or wait for renewal

No Discounts On This Tier

  • Bespoke, capacity-constrained delivery, not a subscription
  • A tight budget narrows scope (fewer workflows, one department) — never the rate
  • Onsite overage always bills at $350/hr or the $2,800/day block

Year 2+: a lighter advisory retainer

The program converts to roughly 10–20 hrs/month of advisory retainer work, approximately $1,600–$5,000/month depending on tier — ongoing optimization, new-workflow expansion, and staying current as your operations and AI tooling evolve.

Why Trust Us On AI

Led by a founder who ships production AI systems, not slide decks

My AI Consulting is led by Ravi Jain, Technijian's Founder & CEO, who brings 25+ years of technology operating experience. The work below is Technijian's own AI delivery record — already running in production — and the foundation this program's methodology is built on.

Multi-Agent SEO Automation Platform

A multi-agent platform orchestrating Claude, GPT-4o, and Gemini across 6+ integrations (SEMrush, GA4, Perplexity, Firecrawl, DataForSEO, and social distribution) — roughly a 70% reduction in content production time.

AI Document Intelligence for FINRA Broker-Dealers

AI-driven document intelligence that auto-populates complex due-diligence questionnaires for FINRA-registered broker-dealers — RFP response time cut from days to minutes, with 60–80% less manual review.

ScamShield AI Scam Detection Product

A 3-model LLM council (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini) with persistent RAG memory and risk-scoring integrations, architected for 70–80% target gross margins.

Enterprise Knowledge & Memory Systems

A Weaviate and Obsidian.md hybrid memory implementation for enterprise AI agents — persistent, cross-session memory instead of starting over every conversation.

AI-Native SDLC v7.0

An AI-first software development lifecycle integrating Claude Code with Figma Make, GitHub, and CI/CD — full-lifecycle coverage built around an AI-native development methodology.

10–15
person-agency output produced by a 4-person team

Multi-agent AI system for SEO delivery

An internal multi-agent AI system now runs Technijian's own SEO service delivery — the same 4-person team produces at the output level of a 10–15-person agency, roughly 8 clients' weekly status reviews are automated, and new-client onboarding is down to hours instead of days. It's the same delivery engine behind My SEO's SEO Optimization and Blog Content tiers.

FAQ

Questions we get asked about My AI Consulting

How do I reduce B2B cost-per-lead with AI in 2026?

Reducing cost-per-lead with AI usually comes down to workflow, not a new tool — most teams already own an AI license, and the missing piece is a mapped workflow and an integration into the actual lead-gen process. My AI Consulting's Assess phase maps exactly where AI can replace manual research, scoring, and follow-up drafting in your funnel, and the Build phase implements it as a custom agent tied to your CRM instead of a generic prompt your team has to remember to use. For lead volume itself rather than the AI practice behind it, see My Jian Pursuit.

How do I safely use ChatGPT and Claude for B2B lead generation without legal / brand risk?

Safe use starts with a written AI governance policy plus guardrails built into the tooling itself, not a verbal "don't paste client data in" rule. My AI Consulting's Assess and Advise phases include governance, risk, and operating-model design as a standard deliverable — role-based access, approval flows, and audit trails built into the automation, the same security-first approach used to navigate HIPAA and FINRA compliance for regulated clients.

What's the right AI marketing governance policy for a 50-person marketing team?

A workable AI governance policy for a 50-person marketing team is specific about which tools are approved, what data can and can't go into them, who reviews AI-drafted external content before it publishes, and who owns the exception process — a generic "use AI responsibly" memo doesn't hold up. My AI Consulting's Assess phase builds this policy alongside the workflow assessment, and Tier 2 (Growth) scopes it across every department the rollout touches, not just marketing. See how this plays out for a full in-house marketing team on the AI lead-gen & governance page.

What does a fractional AI advisor actually do, and when should I hire one?

A fractional AI advisor does the job of a full-time AI lead a growth company can't yet justify hiring: own the roadmap, keep AI-tool and model choices grounded, run governance, and quality-check what gets built — on a retained monthly cadence instead of full-time headcount. My AI Consulting converts to exactly this after the 12-month Build program (Year 2+, roughly 10–20 hrs/month), or can start there directly for a company that already has its workflows mapped and just needs ongoing oversight.
