Great service and was able to walk me through the process making it very easy to get computer back online.
Excellent and quick support with a Microsoft 365 issue that created a problem where some users were in a loop trying to log in. Because we are migrating from Google to Microsoft this was a concern as we needed users to spot-check that email, calendar, and files have been successfully migrated. Grateful for the quick support and resolution.
Rudy is always so helpful and quick to get our computers back up and running.
Gurdeep did a great job. He figured out what the problem was quickly. The other data base software helpdesk could not figure it out
Lalit resolved my issue and fixed it fairly quickly! I was able to log onto TS07 in a matter of minutes!

Was very helpful. Took care of the problem in under 5 minutes, even though time entry says .28 hours. Not sure if there is a minimum or not.
