Does Technijian support both on-premises and cloud servers?
Yes. What is your disaster recovery RTO and RPO?
Our standard DR SLA provides RTO (Recovery Time Objective) of less than 4 hours and RPO (Recovery Point Objective) of less than 1 hour for critical systems. This means if your server catastrophically fails, we restore full operations within 4 hours using data no more than 1 hour old. We achieve this through daily incremental + weekly full backups, SQL transaction log backups every 15-60 minutes, offsite replication (Azure Site Recovery, Veeam Cloud Connect, or Datto), and quarterly DR testing where we actually restore the entire environment and document the results.
